Sleek lines and modern luxury come together in this beautiful home situated in Miami, Florida. The home features the owners’ existing collection of stylish furniture and home accessories against a backdrop of tasteful lighting accents and warm dark wood that lend depth and character to each room.
CHALLENGES
- The family wanted luxurious interiors with high-end finishes, but still child-friendly for the family's two young children to enjoy.
- There were elements from the original construction that needed to be transformed, repurposed, or elevated so that they would blend seamlessly with the new look.
SOLUTIONS
- Using rare woods, grain matching, and accent lighting to elevate each space.
- Used large format tiles throughout the main area of the home, only doing custom stained wood with metal inlays in the guest and master bedroom. This allowed warmth but ease of cleaning and child friendly play.
